LARGE AND SMALL, THICK AND THIN – SCULPTURES GROW INTO THE SPACE

During this week we will investigate the particular quality of each of the sculptures in the Kurpark. They are of varying sizes, and are made of different materials. The children will make drawings in the park, solve a variety of playful tasks, and through theatrical performance exercises come to experience the expressive potential of the individual works. We will listen to poems, write stories, and go on a paper-chase. Together with others of their age, the children will be able to enjoy and experience the works of art in this historic landscape garden, and will be encouraged to express themselves creatively.

Each morning we will pause for a picnic breakfast of about 30 minutes. Please provide your children with provisions for the breakfast. We recommend the children also bring with them some sturdy outside clothing, as the explorations in the park may lead to clothes getting dirty.

The meeting point is on the Schmuckplatz (opposite Kaiser-Friedrich-Promenade 55)

The fee for a five-day course is 100 Euros per child.

Single days can also be booked. The fee for a day is 25 Euros per child.

There are no additional charges for materials used.
